Sharing Photos...

It's been an eventful week so far and I wanted to share some of my photos from the last few days.

We started first with Jacob's 13th birthday...*aack* I have a teenager now!

Kat was all ready to help.

She REALLY liked the wrapping paper.

Then Ben started packing up to go to Iraq.

She obviously doesn't know what all these bags mean.

Some quality time with Daddy yesterday morning.

At the airport yesterday. He should be almost to Germany right about now... We are sad, but one thing about living next door to the army...it makes us realize how lucky we are. He is only going for 120 days, not 12-18 months. Now, we just pray that the time goes quickly and that he stays safe.
smiles,
christi

Bless your heart honey...I'm sure you are a little sad and a LOT proud! Thank goodness it's for just a short time, although I'm sure it won't feel that way.

Your Bloggy Buddies are here for you when things get a little hairy~
Love Ya :)

I'm really not sure what to say, my heart is so full seeing these! The one of Ben and Kat is precious, as are all of them. We're praying for all of you.

Hi-I'm doing Dianna's Deck of Me challenge.
I love your blog. I just wanted to let you know your family will be in my thoughts. 120 days is nothing compared to what some have to do over there but I'm sure it's still a lot longer than you'd like. I hope your hubby stays safe!
(your kids are adorable!)

Happy birthday to your teen. I've been keeping up but I just didn't realize it was so soon, like now. Already gone. I'm sorry that I can't think of a thing to say that would make a difference. But if you need anything from Texas, let me know.

What a great photo of Ben with Jacob and Kat.
120 days is sure better than 12-18 months. Time will fly and bring Ben home safely to you.

dear I do hope you have those photo's safely printed off and backed up, those are going to be priceless photos. And, no you cannot ask me if my photo's are back up either. LOL

I have been really thinking about you and your family this week, just know that I think you are a very strong woman, and I'm not sure how I would do with what you are about to go through. I just wish I was closer to you, I would pretend to sip coffee while you wait out this mission. But I can pray from here for his safe return, and you know you can email anytime, my email box is always open.
