...it seems like it should be a lucky day, doesn't it?
So far, nothing out of the ordinary has happened in our little world though... But that's okay... with where we are at right now in our lives, I am perfectly okay with all-calm on the homefront.
**********
I have a couple of little things to share today. You may have noticed a new button over on the left sidebar of my blog.
Rhonna is doing another 21-day challenge.
I LOVE these challenges and have participated off and on with them since her first one that she did in
2006. That was truly one of the first events that I participated in at the very beginning of my life as a blogger and the start of my daily to-do lists. The premise behind it is that it takes 21 days to make something a habit in your life and to take that challenge of changing something in your life and creating an art journal around it. I am actually doing 2 art journals for this round, but in a small 4x6 format so that this is achievable. I will share more in the coming days. Today is my actual first day although the group started yesterday...

And now just a bit of an art share. I was commissioned to write an article on stamping on layouts for The Scrapbook Magazine- Issue 39 (it's a British magazine, but you can often find it in our local big bookstores here.) The issue came out a few weeks ago so I thought that I would share the layouts with you. Unfortunately, the photos of the layouts aren't great, but it will give you an idea (click on them for a better view)...
