Changes are coming!

Hello everyone out there in blogland.
What has happened with this blog?!?
I know, I have been neglecting it horribly, but that is about to change.
Next week, I will be implementing some changes here.
*A new weekly schedule so that I have to post more regularly.
*Going back to other things on here...not just crafty posts
*more family, more photography, more writing.

I am still sorting through the details, but just know, I am not ignoring this blog on purpose. I have just gotten really busy with my book review blog, but I vow right now to also make this blog a priority!

Now, how about a crafty share?

Unity featuring Vintage Street

Hip Hop!!!
This week and next week the Unity Stamp Co. DT and the Vintage Street Market gals are teaming up to feature each other's products. Vintage Street Market have some GORGEOUS products!!! You can check out their blog HERE.

I received their Dimestore Vogue kit to use on my projects. The cool thing about these papers is that they are wrapping paper sized so they would be wonderful for mixed media projects where you need bigger pieces of paper. For my cards though, I simply cut those sheets into their 12x12 square (each sheet yields 6 pieces) and used them just like I would any normal 12x12 patterned paper.

Supplies used:
*Unity Stamp Co. August kom, What I know
*Fiskars border punch
*Nestabilities labels die
*CTMH grey wool ink
*StazOn jet black ink
*pins
*ribbon

Supplies used:
*Unity Stamp Co. April kom, Small things matter most
*Nestabilities labels die
*Jenny Bowlin buttons
*Palette burnt umber ink pad

Now you need to hop on over to Jimmi's beautiful blog...

And you knew there had to be book storage there somewhere right? These shelves are all 2 books deep. The bottom shelf is my To-Be-Read pile. *eeks*

Hip Hop- Remodeling the stamp room....

Hello to my Unity Peeps!!

Do you know how your creative space gets so out of control
and messy that you simply can't create anymore?!?
Mine has been that way for about 2 months now
and I finally got fed up and
TORE MY STAMP ROOM APART YESTERDAY!!

It is still in complete disarray,
but after clearing out half the room to make it a sitting area,
I am on my way to a new
STAMPING OASIS!!!

NO. MORE. CLUTTER!
I am so relieved and excited.

But, in the meantime, the piles are still all-encompassing so no new stamping for me.
Luckily, I still have some things on here that I made a while ago that I never shared, so I will share them with you today. And next week, maybe I will have my new space to share with you...
