Melody Ross Meets Unity Stamp Co. for NSD!

Happy National Scrapbooking Day!!!

I have been planning this layout in my head for a while so when I saw this new Unity Stamp Co/ Melody Ross kit, Brave Girl, I knew that it was perfect for what I had in mind.

We are on the precipice of a huge change in our lives as we transition into a civilian life away from the military. {in fact, this weekend, we are in Texas looking at our new home...the first house that we have been able to buy in 15 years because our transitory military life has left us renting or living in base housing this whole time.}

This is going to be a huge change...in mentality, in lifestyle, in everything, BUT I am so excited about it. This summer also happens to be the year that I turn 40. I am ready for a new, better me. A new, better life for our family. A new, better life for our home.

This quote (below) is absolutely perfect!
Every thing IS going to work out just right!

Supplies used:
*Unity Stamp Co- Melody Ross: Brave Girl
*Scenic Route paper (black and white patterned)
*Bazzill Swiss Dot embossed paper
*MME paper (pink and orange)
*American Crafts Glitter Thickers
*Flat-back gems
*Martha Stewart border punches
*corner rounder
******

Isn't this the most gorgeous kit?!? I just LOVE it....

I also love everything that Melody Ross embodies and her Brave Girls weekends sound simply amazing! Go check out her blog...you will not be disappointed!

And DON'T FORGET...we are still celebrating Unity's 2nd birthday around here which means a 20% discount at the Unity website ALL WEEKEND LONG! Simply use the code: BIRTHDAY20.

Now you need to hop on over to Maren's blog...
