New Post

I'm feeling a little creatively challenged when it comes to today's post title so I figured that would work! ;o)

I actually completed everything on my to-do list yesterday including making a layout which was my final thing for the day....

I created this layout for a SplitCoastStamper challenge to use a layout from Mousey's Mom gallery as inspiration for a layout. She has an incredible gallery and I chose this layout as my inspiration (although her original piece is MUCH better than my interpretation)... You Inspire Me.

As you can see, I used lots of stamps on this. All of the stamps come from either the This is the Time kit (miniature version) or the January kom, Love etc.

I love this photo of Jacob that I took over the summer. He is standing at the top of a staircase and I am at the bottom. I think that it makes for a really interesting photo...

supplies used:
*Unity Stamp Co. This is the Time
*Unity Stamp Co. Love etc
*Basic Grey paper (background)
*Making Memories Chloe paper (both shaped pieces)
*7 gypsies paper (all the blues)
*Memories brown ink
*Bazzill Cardstock
*MM distressing tool

....and now a little funny for you if you are interested. In the mornings, I stay in my workout clothes until Kat's morning nap which means that I am wearing a hoodie. Well, this morning Kat has been in and out of my lap all morning while I have been on the computer and doing other things (which is all fairly normal.) Earlier, I was walking and heard a small bell that sounded like Kat's toys so I figured she was playing with it although I didn't see it (she was across the room from me) and I really didn't take too much notice. Just now I was in the kitchen and getting her some crackers and heard the same bell, but this time she was in her chair so I knew she wasn't playing with anything. At some point this morning, she slid a ball into my shirt and I never noticed....LOl! Maybe I should pay a bit closer attention to her when I am on the computer. :o)
