I love the Second Saturday of the Month!!

...because that is the day that the Unity DT features the Store kit of the month.

It's like a mini-vacay in the middle of the month when we get to play with another stamp kit...just for the fun of it. A little change up is always fun and refreshing!

This month we are playing with another kit that I just ADORE! I honestly don't know how Angela and the artists continue to produce these amazing kits....every single month! I may not know how, but I LOVE IT!

Here is this month's kit...Sweet Affections.

For my card today, I used our challenge for the weekend from Friends with Flair and this card was inspired by that gorgeous card by Jennifer Shults on yesterday's FWF post on the Unity blog.

For this card, I used the October Afternoon Farm Fresh line and paper-pieced the tops of those darling little trees. To help set off the hearts, I used my glue pen and applied Apple Red Jewelfine Glitter. It's hard to tell on the screen, but they really pop!
