A quick post this morning...

In an effort to continue to play more in all the challenges, I have a card to quickly share with you this morning. The outside of it is based on today's sketch over at SCS, SC211, and following my personal trend of-late...I turned the sketch! {I never start off planning to do that...it just seems that every sketch works better for me sideways...does that mean I am a bit skewed?!?! Maybe you shouldn't answer that!} I also got to play with the Unity Addicts challenge for this week which was to decorate the inside too. This was perfect for this card because I really wanted to use that "happy new year" sentiment, but couldn't find a place for it on the outside.

I played with all new goodies on this one...those yummy new Making Memories papers that I talked about in the post below this one and the Unity January KOM (the star, peacock and inside sentiment)....I adore that peacock designed by Lindsay (you will see him again tomorrow for Hip-Hop!)

*watercolor pencils (peacock body...the rest of him is paper-pieced)
*glitter
*Martha Stewart border punch
*brads (inside the card)

crud...I just accidentally deleted my signature off this post and have NO IDEA how to get it back...LOL! So just a plain signing-off for today... Oh and did you notice? I may not have a pretty signature today, but I DO have a pretty new watermark on my photos (thanks Brooke and Unity for getting Veronica to make these for us!!!)
